The owner let me know that the service men were running late. I received a call from the service men when they were headed to my home. Very nice guys, friendly and professional. They left the heater area better than how they found it. Awesome experience that I didn't expect!"

"My initial contact was with Chris Rounds who was very friendly and helpful in helping me choose my new roof. He is very responsive and easy to reach by phone. The crew came out on the day promised and started the roof removing process. The entire project took 2 days to complete. Each day, they picked up all shingles and roofing nails around the property and from what the crew told me, that was a LOT of nails. The roof is absolutely gorgeous!
A few days after install, we had a huge winds in our area and unfortunately a few shingles flew off. I called Chris and he had people out the next day to fix the problem. He explained that because of the cold weather and the newness of the roof, the shingles hadn't had time to seal together properly when the winds came in. I totally understand the unusual circumstance and in no way think they did sub-par work. The service was prompt and professional.
I would totally use All Star again if the need were to present itself. Great company. Great people.
