"Fast friendly service. M-Touqeer and Swarnjit were the technicians that advised me on what my options were on repairs vs. Replacement. Our unit was already 31 years old so it made since to replace it.They had many different units to choose from and price ranges to meet our budget.So that same day they started.They checked the furnace size the ac unit.For compatibility. Ordered parts and supplies and started to remove old unit the same day.Now that's customer service at its best. They next day the technicians were finished with the install and we had heat and ac.What a relief and on budget.I would highly recommend this company .And the two technicians that installed the units.They cleaned up hauled off old equipment wow I was impressed with how professional they were and knowledgeable. We had a few companies out to give us quotes and Ryan was the only one who suggested something other than simply replacing the units with high end, expensive units to get the cooling and heating that we wanted. He came out and did vent work to improve air flow and installed cold air returns in bedrooms that did not have them and was honest about the fact that our units did not need to be replaced yet. It was more a venting issue. After having him do the work, Our bedrooms are heating evenly and we are seeing all the results we wanted without having to replace a furnace that is still working. We will definitely reach back out to him when it comes time to replace the units! Very impressed with his honesty and willingness to investigate the problem instead of just sell us new equipment."
