"Their warranty, customer support and overall communication with the end user is terrible. I have a 4 panel bay window that every seal is blown in on the front of my home. It was installed around 5 years ago and the seals went bad almost two years ago. They still haven’t received replacement panes. I even offered to share the cost of a whole new unit because my kids cant even see out of the window anymore. They have done every window and some doors in my home. They have no problem selling you something, but if you ever have a problem, they fall EXTREMELY short of even bad. And forget trying to get a supervisor on the phone or email you. They put in the notes that they called and left a message but I have never gotten one. Buyer beware."

Tiny sent me a text saying sorry booked other jobs can't get to you till January. He promised to get it done by the end of the year cause I had to be out of my apartment. He's unreliable, disrespectful and sold me out for a better job. Wouldn't recommend Tony to my worst enemy. His word means nothing. Want to give a zero but site won't let me"

And big thanks to Lisa who was extremely communicative regarding the timeline. "literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."

New windows services FAQs
Building codes call for a window well that sits at least eight inches below the bottom of the window and extends six inches past each side. A quick way to get the minimum dimensions is to add 12 inches to the window’s width and eight inches to its height.
