"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Highly recommend! The service rep I dealt with was actually very knowledgeable on what I was needing and was able to answer my questions over the phone without even looking at what I had going on. I was offered a free service call and the repair was the most affordable around my area. I will continue to use them from here on out. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need like has been done to me before. The guy even wore little covers over his shoes so he did not track anything on my floor. "I am Very Satisfied with the work that was performed and the cost!! These guys know their business, they reviewed my furnace and duct system and gave me options. My original request was to replace part of the plenum at the furnace, it was full of mold. Upon inspection they discovered other problems that should be repaired and recommended cleaning the ducts and installing a UV light to kill mold in the future. My son-in-law owns an HVAV business back in Minnesota, so I gave him a call discussing my options. He agreed with Lightspeed Air & Electric's recommendations and that was all I needed to hear. They also fogged the system to kill any existing mold spores! We purchased this home one year ago and finding a few things that need repair. I would recommend Lightspeed Air & Electric to anyone!
