"After interviewing 3 contractors I choose iPaint and Contact Inc. for the finishing of the cement floors in my entertainment room. iPaint and Nick were the most knowledgeable and professional of all the companies I interviewed. The materials they used were of the highest quality available; not the ?handyman? epoxy floor coatings sold in Home Depot that the other contractors wanted to use. There were also many colors and multicolor flake systems available to choose from. The epoxy used was essentially odorless and dried quickly. We are so happy with the finished job, it looks beautiful.
They took care to prepare the cement properly as to provide the best possible finished product. They filled all the cracks and the floor was prepared using power grinders to assure that the epoxy adhered properly. There was very little dust. "Andres and his crew were fabulous, they finished ahead of schedule, the prep work involved on this property was really involved repairing a really worn and beat interior before painting. He made this house pop I actually was able to sell it as they were removing the protective paper off the floors. The first buyer through the home purchased it. They delivered the home cleaner than when they started ,as usual I could not have been happier but the best news was how happy my seller was returning home from being abroad to see their old home shining like a work of Art. It was a great before and after. I have used Andres and his company for dozens of jobs including new hardwood flooring. As a Realtor it is hard to give referrals for work man, all you can do is lose. Not so with AAA Painting, price and quality. It is torture to have workers in your home, AAA takes the pain out of it. I am happy to recommend them.

"Richard Koska is a professional, courteous, skilled and fair contractor. ROOF: Removed shingles exposed several water-damaged plywood on roof, all plywood damaged on porch, unstable soffits, insufficient porch rafters. When I requested raising center downward slope over family room roof, Rich Koska emphasized adding rafters 3 inches higher would improve but not eliminate slope. Contract clearly stated price per additional plywood, however, total plywood and rafters required is unknown until shingles are removed. The additional work significantly increased final cost, but roof is stable, sustainable and the work was impressive. SKYLIGHT & CEILINGS: Perfect skylight added natural light to room and height dimension to our 8 ft. ceiling. Inside skylight carpentry is perfect and drywall spackling and ceilings are flawless. Looks beautiful! INSULATION: Batt insulation added for proper R-49 value in attic. Richard Koska was very accommodating when I requested additional work. The workers were professional, courteous, attentive, and cleaned up outside and inside every day before leaving. We are very happy with all aspects."
