Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. "Wow. This was the best plumbing company I have ever encountered. Adam came at midnight when my toilet was spewing water all over my upstairs and fixed the problem temporarily until we could get a new toilet the next day. Then he came back in a snowstorm with a new toilet, and when my property manager wouldn't approve the installation, he was so understanding and didn't charge me for my time. What an amazing experience. So ethical. On time. Professional. Great communication. I would recommend this company to anyone and hope they get a lot more business thanks to this review. They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. As a result, I have to schedule another company to come out and start all over again with the assessment. This should have already been closed out so I could order a new appliance."
