"We had a total remodel of our kitchen with removal of walls and basically everything gutted down to the studs. Jim work with us through the initial design of the kitchen all the way through the final walk through. Our kitchen is FANTASTIC! Jim was able to provide valuable insight throughout the process and guided us through all of the key decisions on layout and construction plans. When challenges came up or unexpected repairs were needed, Jim explained the approach and got everything set up perfectly. "In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"This is the second time we've hired John. He's responsive, punctual and very easy to work with. He cleans the work area daily and his work is impeccable. Before installation of the brick, he had to remove a Corian backsplash. This was his first brick backsplash and we couldn't be happier. In terms of cost, I couldn't tell you if he's high, low or average because he's' the only person I called. Also, the first time we hired him, about 4 years ago, he installed a porcelain tile floor which garners compliments all the time."

"Overall my experience with this company was fantastic. That is saying allot because I am very particular. Originally they finished the job in three days (which was fast considering what they were asked to do). On the last day I called him with some concerns about where the walls met the trim and Vivaldo talked to him men and had that taken care of saying to me 'the most important thing is that you are happy with the job'. He meant it! After the crews left on a Saturday I found ALLOT of places where the old colors showed through particularly above the trim. However, what sets this company apart in my mind is that when Vivaldo (the current owner) came out to pick up the final check that Monday I showed these spots to him and right there he called back one of his best guys to finish the job out right. It took his guy about 7 hours to do it and he left our house at 8 pm but almost everything was perfect at that point! Only after that when I was happy with the work did Vivaldo ask for the final payment. I really appreciated his professional behaviour, his responsiveness to my concerns and his respect for my time and house. I found the quality of their work to be great int he end and for a reasonable price. The crew was quite considerate. They even took their shoes off while they were painting because I have a no show policy! This surprised me because I never asked them to do that and just assumed I would clean up after they left but it definitely made clean up allot easier! There were a few minor glitches along the way including that the painters used a bathroom on the second floor that I asked them not to use even though there was one of the first floor that they could use and they crated the usual amount of mess. However, what stays in my mind is that even with the bathroom incident when I mentioned this to Vivaldo he took it very seriously and made sure it didn't happen again. Once again, I find that my interactions with Vivaldo and his responsiveness to my concerns are what made the overall experience great. I will definitely use them again next year when I plan to paint the next floor!"

"Gary Pierrtti designed and installed a curved front brick walkway, an L shaped side brick walkway for our new home last fall. We are delighted with his work and have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Gary just completed a major patio installation for us for our sloped backyard. He put in a curved retaining wall that also serves as extra seating around the fire pit also made out of interlocking pavers. As I was completely overwhelmed with decision making from doing a major demolation/remodel of the inside of the house, my husband and I gave Gary freedom to pick colors and design for the patio project. Who does that? Someone who has used Gary for major projects over the last decade and has always been so happy with his eye for design, color and work. The walkways Gary installed 9 years ago in our old house look as good now as they did when he first did the work. We find Gary extremely hard working, friendly and respectful of the home and neighbors. My husband and I highly recommend Pierrtti’s Landfeatures."
