I was introduced to Love Tile and Marble through a claim with my home owner's insurance. Kevin and his team were sent out as sub-contractors for the tile repair. The insurance company paired us with a project manager to handle all aspects of the demolition and re-building of our two bathrooms. Long story short - we had a terrible experience with that project manager, and their other sub-contractors (the electrician, plumber, etc). The ONLY positive experience we had through the entire process was with Love Tile and Marble. Their workmanship was superior. They showed professionalism. And just as important, they showed respect for my home. These guys put down canvas to protect my hardwood floors and wiped their boots on the mat before they came in. It may seem like small gestures. But, through the 3 months of hellish renovations and dozens of contractors in and out of my home, the respectful ones stand out. 

After choosing my new floor tile, Kevin made suggestions on the pattern because of the imperfections in the tile (1/3 pattern, as opposed to the 1/2 pattern I originally wanted). I agreed with his suggestion and the floors came out beautifully! We also hired him again for other work, since we were so happy with his previous work. 

Bottom line - Kevin and his team are utterly fantastic. Fair and reasonable prices for top quality workmanship (which I can personally attest - is tough to find these days)."

"I contacted approximately 10 different companies through Angie's List to obtain an estimate for painting.  In addition, I should also note that I needed the company to commit to start and finish the job within several days of my inquiry.  Joe was the first of the 10 companies to respond to my inquiry and I set up an appointment for the next day... Memorial Day.  Joe was prompt, courteous, and very professional.  We discussed my needs and he confirmed that he could start the job the very next day.  Before the end of the day I received a written estimate and agreed to move forward with the painting. "They are very efficient. I picked out the granite on a Saturday and by Thursday they were installing the countertop. Other granite places were at least two weeks for installation and were more expensive. I even got a free sink. I hired their plumber (Sal) at an additional $250 and it was worth it; he was very nice and knew what we was doing. The granite countertop is beautiful and I recommend Kol's."

I can't say enough good things about Van.  We bought a new home and were dealing with several contractors on various home repairs and improvements.  Van was by far, the best.  The best quality of this company is the attitude.  Flexible, efficient and hard working.
I wanted him out there as soon as possible to quote the work so I called Van and he asked me to name the day.  I scheduled him on the day we settled on the house.  When the time of settlement moved, he said "ok, when do you want me there?".  I told him I was free at present and the owner was willing to let us in prior to settlement.  He met me there in under an hour.  When another contractor removing wallpaper at our house refused to proceed until we ripped up carpet that apparently had some flea activity from the prior owner's pets (we had already had the house sprayed and the carpet was getting removed in the next few days), I called Van to advise of the issue since he was scheduled to be out in a few days and I wanted to avoid any more delays.  Van not only didn't care but offered to come out early, rip up all of the carpet including the rooms with no hardwood underneath for an extra fee.  He even offered to fix a leaky sink (?!).
The majority of our 2800 square foot house was refinished in under 5 days.  They sanded, stained and applied a semi-gloss.  The floors are now the best part of the house.   They did a neat job and they did it quickly. 

They did drink a case of my husband's beer but I think they earned it.  This experience was headache-free from start to finish.  I would absolutely recommend this company.
