"Greg came out personally to do the estimate. He was extremely professional and informed us that the quote that he gave us was the firm price to do the entire job and there would be no hidden costs nor would the price go up. Upon receiving our quote, we booked the job about a couple weeks out. Greg came out with his crew on day one of the job and after a quick walk around, they got to work. Greg did not stay as he had other projects to attend to but his crew word quickly and efficiently. Greg stopped by throughout the job to see that everything was going okay. His crew was very professional and kept the work area clean and tidied up at the end of the day. The entire project took 5 1/2 days to complete and what a difference it has made to our house. They enclosed the crawl space with cement board that extended about 1 ft in the ground. When that was finished, they lined the crawl space with 20 mil plastic sheeting and used spray foam to seal the spots between the columns and the cement board. They built and installed 2 access doors so we could easily get into the crawl space if we needed to store anything or make repairs. They also had an electrician come out and install an outlet so they could install a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry. Our A/C ducts run under our house and after the job was complete, I have noticed a big difference in the time that my A/C unit runs during the day. I am certain that my electric bill will be significantly lower now that the job is done. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. "Very well! Matthew our assigned project manager was very thorough and respectful. He kept our property guarded! We had a few people pop by the house to "check" things out and he respected our home. He called to see if these people were allowed on the property. He and I traveled through the house where he showed me how the work was being conducted. He also showed me problem areas. And explained throughly how it would work. There were about 5 guys working in the dead heat of July! where days it was almost unbearable. I was onsite 2 days here and there where I provided beverages and popcicles to cool off. They were able to complete the work a day a head of schedule! Now that we're into November. When they came to do the inspection. They walked through with my husband and they showed him exactly where there were problems, they told him what problems there had been, and they labeled the areas that had things that were big problems. They also showed where there was a missing pier at each side. Not only the wall packing, but one of the support beams that had poked a hole in the closet. Then there was water that would come in the back area, and another diagonally from it. We had been told by one company not to worry about it, and that did not make use happy. They proposed fixing both ends, and had shown cracks in the walls, that we haven?t even seen, and where the floor was uneven. There were a lot of things they pointed out, that we haven?t even noticed.  When they got done, Mr James Campbell, when he went through and showed my husband, it just absolutely dumbfounded him. There is not a room in the house, that didn?t need repaired.  They ended up installing 3 push pier standard brackets, and cast in place fitting, and 15 smart jacks. They got all the permits and engineering. They did outstanding work. They were very polite professional, and on time. They gave of a sheet of all the information of everything that they installed, permits, and warranty for each thing. The smart jacks are warranteed for 5 years from install date. The manufacturer also warrants 25 years from the day of installation.  When we entered into the contract we have the right to notify to notify the salesperson directly, and let them know if we were upset about anything or to cancel at that point. Offered to buy now and pay later. They were so professional and so contentious, and went out of their way to be so. They sent along with estimate, a whole booklet about foundation problems that explains everything you would ever want to know. I would recommend them highly to anyone.
