"I had a water feed-line leak. We called Clint, and Clint was super-fast to respond and was great with communication. Once on site, he walked me though the job, and when he found the issue, showed me the damage to the pipe and explained how it failed (in simple terms) so that I understood it. The work was done well, with ZERO surprises or delays. Can't give more than 5 stars, but I would highly recommend Clint for any plumbing need"

"JMI Construction is an experienced, professional company. As soon as I met Noah, I knew I was going to get exceptional service and quality. Communication at every step of the project made me feel like they cared about the project as much as I did. The accommodating nature of the their customer service made this a great experience. Noah let me know that I needed an upgraded roofing feature. I had no idea what he was talking about, so he walked me through it and gave me a detailed explanation of the work that was needed. I have some more big jobs coming up and I am definitely going to call JMI when I am ready to start those projects."

"Workmanship was great, as was communication with the office. Pricing was reasonable. Punctuality and communication from skilled laborers needs improvement, regarding when they will be on the job site, when they will arrive, and when they will leave. The job could have been completed in far fewer days if they had worked full days each day."

"Takes a while to get ahold of them to get in system. I found them to be fair in determining whether to make a repair or replace. Very fair and reasonable, They are clear on what is and isn’t covered."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Beaver, AR

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
