"We have used Cardinal for our HVAC and plumbing maintenance and replacement needs for more than several years now, and their technicians are professional AND personable -- we especially like Tyler (HVAC) and Brandon (Plumbing). "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It was a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend and central air SROs working. He came out after 5pm and stayed until almost 7pm installing a new motor plus a couple other problems were fixed. I was very impressed. Very professional and quality service. I recommend to anyone. The price was very reasonable reasonable priced!!!"
