"Dave Hufnagel and his associate were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and personable. I was able to schedule a service call much more easily than I have generally experienced and for an appointment soon after my call. The problem was diagnosed and promptly corrected."

"Talk about some great people. Had Joe do a sort of emergency job on Friday. The Cranberry water issue struck with a pin hole leak on my main supply line. While taking down ceiling tiles, I discovered the whole line had many green spots. He quickly fixed 20 feet of bad line with Pex lines and we are now back in business. Super nice and a great worker. Great price for the work with such short notice. Thanks, Reynolds Plumbing is on my list for all my plumbing needs!"

"Triangle Air Conditioning Is a great company to hire. In this age of having trouble finding good contractors, it is a relief to find good ones. Triangle is one of the best. Ben, the owner, is friendly and family oriented. His staff is the same. The technicians that installed our furnace and A/C were top notch. They had a very tight spot to remove the old furnace and install the new. All went perfectly well. I was hesitant about the smart thermostat but their technician convinced me to get it to be able to get full benefit of the furnace and A/C. I am very glad I did. The furnace and A/C are very quiet. Thanks Ben and team!"

"We recently hired this team to install a new gas service line, relocate our gas meter to the exterior, and handle the meter protection. They took care of everything—from saw cutting and removing material to testing the piping and coordinating the inspection. The crew was efficient, knowledgeable, and kept the workspace clean throughout the process. Everything passed inspection without issue, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommend for any gas service or meter work!"

"They are excellent, I have been using them for my plumbing work for the last 10 years. They have installed a gas water heater along with a chimney line preventing of the gas lighter heater and Changed filter on whole house filter and reverse osmosis filter and installed new faucet on basement sink. They come regularly to change filters as need. They provided excellent plumbing advise. I recommend them whole heartedly."

"Park Plumbing goes above and beyond expectations. In the dead of winter, my boiler heater stopped working. I was recommended to Mr. Brenan and he, himself, came out on a weekend to fix the heater. He was a gentleman, a professional and an expert at fixing heaters. He also taught me a lot about how to maintain the heater and I was deeply grateful for all that he did. I've had him and his employees back to service my boiler and have full trust in their knowledge and skills. His fees are reasonable and he will not leave a job until the problem is fixed and the customer is completely satisfied. I'll be calling him this week to do another job for me. I highly recommend Park Plumbing. Mr. Rick is honest, fair and highly skilled. Thanks so much. Bob F"

FAQs for gas piping projects in Beaver Falls, PA

Plumbers with proper licensing and credentials install and relocate gas lines. When hiring a professional, verify they have experience with gas systems and all required certifications. Some homeowners choose to work with plumbers specializing in natural gas installations, as they have extensive experience with similar projects and understand the safety requirements.

The timeline for gas line relocation varies based on project complexity, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. The physical labor takes a few hours to one day, depending on the line length. However, the actual installation work represents only part of the overall project timeline. Your contractor should provide a specific timeframe based on your circumstances and local permitting requirements.

Your gas supply must be shut off during the relocation process. This safety measure prevents gas leaks while connections are being modified. Plan for this temporary service interruption by making alternative arrangements for cooking, heating, or other gas-dependent systems in your home. The shut-off generally only lasts for a portion of the work, often a few hours.

Relocating gas lines to connect new appliances is a common reason for this type of project. Whether you're installing a gas stove, fireplace, dryer, or outdoor grill, a professional can determine the best route for extending your existing gas system. The cost will depend on the distance between your current gas line and the new appliance location.

Gas line work is not suitable for DIY projects. Natural gas is highly flammable and potentially lethal if not handled correctly. Gas leaks can be difficult to detect without specialized equipment. Professional plumbers have the proper training, tools, and experience to safely relocate gas lines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
