"I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I'll definitely call Plumbing Innovatgors."

Daniel and his crew did a great job of diagnosing the problem and came in the same week to fix it. They replaced our tub, did tile work, added an access panel to the tub from the exterior wall, and completed it with trimming. I appreciate their attention to detail. "Went fine...had an issue with it a couple weeks later with leaking at base. Leaking was caused by failure in provided wax ring. Even though, in my opinion they should have charged me for replacing the original wax ring I provided, they replaced the wax ring at no charge. That kind of customer service is why they handle all my hvac needs and now my plumbing needs."

They also cleaned up afterwards and hauled old line segments away and put down grass seed and straw where they dug up the yard. They let me watch the screen as they sent the camera down the line during the inspection . They also did the digging by hand on a very hot and humid day . I am impressed by their efforts! After diagnosing the water heater he located a replacement went and picked it up and completed the install the same day.
