Offered a double-sided shutoff, which I'd never seen before, and installed it so I can turn on hot water in the kitchen sink while leaving the dishwasher feed shut off until it is installed next week. Game changer! Gave me various quotes I requested of repiping the house (we need a lot of work done) and updating our showers. Made recommendations for improvements, and showed me an open pipe he found in the basement that I never knew about! Very informative AND the work was done quickly! "Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"I have had two issues since they installed the new sump pump and irrigation. Issue number one was water still getting passed the new concrete. The other issue is that the new concrete was not level at all which has caused issues with the new flooring I installed. However, their customer service is top notch and will work hard to take care of you."
