"The team at John's Waterproofing was professional and punctual. I was satisfied with the whole process, from the bid to the actual work. They installed a sump pump system in my basement with an 80' trench along the wall. It was needed since my basement was taking on 150 gallons/day during the worst of last winter. The main reason I used John's was that my friend has used them for his house in SE Portland and raved about them. When the crew of 3 guys came in, they worked almost non-stop and completed the project in one-day. I was happy with the result and would hire them again (but I won't have to since they guarantee their work for life). Also, I did my own demo work to prepare the wall and will repair it on my own. This allowed me to save a lot of money. I thought they did a good job mitigating the dust, but there was still some dust left over. To me this is completely reasonable. Anytime you do demolition and construction, there will be some dust, but it was well contained."

"I have had two issues since they installed the new sump pump and irrigation. Issue number one was water still getting passed the new concrete. The other issue is that the new concrete was not level at all which has caused issues with the new flooring I installed.
