"Dr. HVAC called immediately after I had scheduled my appointment to confirm the appointment. They called to let me know when the tech would arrive and then the tech (Brad) called to let me know he was on his way. Great customer service. Brad was able to come out the same day our air conditioner went down on one of the hottest days of summer. He was very professional, quick, and courteous. He not only fixed our air conditioner, but noticed our furnace had a crack. He was thorough and offered expert advice. Dr. HVAC has gained a new loyal customer."

"I highly recommend NW Sundance. Setting up the appointment was easy, they called 30 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were coming like promised, arrived on time, and quoted me the repair price all in a very effortless matter. The plumber Jorge was a great guy. Very professional, outgoing and efficient. He even cleaned up his mess when he was done, not leaving a trace behind that he was even there, except for new pipes and the garbage disposal he just installed for me. Even disposed of the old unit for me, without even asking. I am very impressed with these guys and will use them again if the need arises."

"Olivia with 3 Mountains Plumbing did an outstanding job, in almost no time, removing a clog I'd spent a week or more trying to clear. For once, Plumbing repair was painless."

"Their technician did a great job of replacing my condenser fan's starter capacitor."

"John L. was THE BEST! In working to swap our over-oven microwave/fan for a hood vent he was tireless in being sure it was done perfectly. The original over-oven microwave install was done poorly, causing a headache in fixing the errors, yet John did not cut any corners. He also checked in about every detail to be sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss. This was our first experience with Mr. Handyman and if all the other technicians are as good as John then we will be using them exclusively from now on. John is like the fix-it dad you wished lived in your same town."

"The service person came immediately (furnace out) and diagnosed the problem within an hour. Sourced a replacement for next day repair (another company said it would take a week just to get the part) and installed it first thing. I am very happy with this company overall. their rates are less than others also."
