"Another company was hesitant to complete the job because he was struggling with the snake. Mcphillips guys were able to work around the elbow with the snake. Mcphillips came in and they were able to properly use the snake and get it cleared no problem. The first guy, from the other company, wasn't able to clear it with the snake so he suggested we hammer out the drain and drop in a new line which was $3500. Turns out, it was just a clog and Mcphillips did it for the service fee which was $250."
