"John replaced our sewer line in the fall of 2013. What struck us about John when we first met him was his honesty. He treats his customers like he wants to be treated when someone works on his home. He doesn't overcharge or offer things that aren't needed. There are no hidden costs. He will go out of his way to make sure he helps people, agreeing to do our job in Virginia even though he usually only worked in Maryland at that time (he is licensed in both states). My 1952 house was not equipped with a vent, nor proper traps for either the washing machine or sink. There were sewer gases backing up on occasion, into the sink area, which is of course unpleasant.

Robert installed the traps, then came back to add the vent to the outside of the house. He did not have to go through the attic and roof. The end result looks like it was built with the house, and blends in well with the exterior.
