We were pleasantly surprised that Scott contacted us right away & was at our house within 2 hours to replace our water heater. He was very professional, courteous & had the new water heater replaced within 3 hours. Drained & removed the old heater from our attic & after the new heater was installed, he hung around for 15/20 mins to make sure that we had hot water & to check for leaks. Excellent, excellent job.
