"From start to finish, City Suburb was on time, professional, and diligent. They had to remove concrete pavement on one side of our house, dig down to create a trench for the 40 foot length, found a part of the outer foundation wall missing (surprise!), which they installed to repair it, put in the waterproof barrier, filled in the trench, and put new concrete pavement the entire length of that side of the house. They did the job in four days, even working on Sunday to finish up. Then they clean up all the debris and washed down the driveway. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them."

"This is a follow-up to a review submitted October 19, 2018 the of excellent work of Rahat owner Kazi Ismail and his crew performed on rebuilding our back steps, and other work in the back of our of property. We would strongly advise homeowners to give great weight to Kazi’s design suggestions. It is often hard to select the options for materials he presents you with because they all would work. For the cornice and the front door overhang, Kazi found just right pieces that give the house that historical look that prior owners covered up or removed. As mentioned before, Kazi’s crew is excellent, hard working in any weather, prompt and overall pleasant to have around. Most important, we have never felt his estimates were inflated beyond expectation and was never surprised by overruns or other ‘surprises’. He will re-do any work that he isn’t totally satisfied with. Finally, as a testament to our good judgment and trust in Rahat, when all the work was finished, we’ve have had dozens of people (neighbors and strangers) walk by the house, stop and tell us how beautiful it looks!"

"First let me say that Ali was very respectful of my time and home. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away and let me know early that he would be a little late. I had Ali upgrade my electrical panel. He explained the entire process to me and let me know of future work that would be necessary, which included a need to rewire the entire house. Although he gave me recommendations, I never felt like he was scaring me or forcing me into hiring him to do this current job or future jobs. He was easy to worth with and gave me many payment options. Ali seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Ali and will definitely consider using him again for my future projects."

"Martinez Brick came the following day to inspect my “3 sidewalk squares” for replacement. He told me the 4th one should also be replaced, as it was elevated. He gave me a price for 4 squares that was less than a competitors price for 3. Then he said that he would cut $400 off if I could do it “this Saturday”, a date at his convenience because he had a job close by. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"

"Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical.
