"Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: “It was already cracked.” He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then “owned up” to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."

"The insulation went great. The technicians worked hard very friendly and knew what they were doing. The only issue is the company told me I had to ment the inspector . I said what? I’ve been a contractor for years in Florida and myself or manager ment with the inspector I have never put that on the person I sold my services to. Why would this ever be told to do from a company that I paid to do the job? It’s too bad it left a bad taste in my mouth. That will make me think twice before hiring another contractor and ask more questions. This is wrong as I would never tell a client to sit and wait for the inspector. It’s the companies responsibility! Not a good end to the work at all."

He even drained my other a/c unit just to make sure that I would not have an issue with that one next. Their employee provided me with honest information that I needed to know. I recommend Walmer for anyone with an a/c or heating issues. Also I highly suggest that you get on their yearly if not their 6 month maintenance service plan. "I called them out for a basic service call $49 just to prepare for winter. I?m a 72 year-old woman that lives in an 800 square-foot home. Two guys came to my house and basically told me my air-conditioning was a piece of junk that the whole thing needed to be repaired or I would be sorry when winner arrived. Well, I?ll tell you when I bought the house. I knew that the air conditioning and furnace would need to be repaired or replaced, but I?m not paying almost $20,000 for air conditioner and 800 square-foot home. I talked to another company after them and they quoted me a quote of five to $7000 for the same size unit. You tell me if they?re ripping people off."
