"It went extremely well. I called Jason, owner of the company, to schedule the appointment. He was able to schedule my condo in less than a week. Michael was the man that was assigned to us. He called exactly at 8:00 a.m. to tell me he would be 15 minutes late. He arrived exactly 15 minutes later. Michael was totally professional, friendly and efficient. He went through my list repairing each item. He even went above and beyond what was on my list by repairing things I had not included. I asked him to use caulk to fill a hold on the rear of my bathroom counter. He noticed that the caulk on both sides of the counter needed extra caulk so he went ahead and completed the work.
