"I hired Rooter Man to install a new water heater and repair a leak and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Jake handled the work and is a professional who clearly understands the value of customer service. The finished water heater installation honestly looks like a piece of artwork, incredibly clean, organized, and thoughtfully done. When it came to the shower leak, Jake approached the issue with care and thoroughness. He created a small, clean access point to investigate and methodically worked to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his attention to detail and his commitment to doing the job right. Jake was transparent about pricing, clear about expectations, and has an inviting, likable presence that immediately builds trust. Also, shout out to Lynda for making scheduling smooth and easy.
