"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"Kyle the service technician was excellent. He provided details of call along with issue discovered during service. He provided repair and tested system. There was issue that required a follow up appointment, which i’m waiting to schedule."

"Techs were extremely punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. The work was done fast, done well, and reasonably priced. Very happy with the work and will seek these guys out for any other HVAC Or plumbing work I may need in the future."

"Since that time, I have not  experienced any problems with the heater.  I would have no problem referring this company or the service representative to my friends.  It's not often a consumer finds decent, honest contractors who will stand behind their work.  Thank you for the referral."

"We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and pleasant. We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. Laury is a trusted business with many years of experience behind them. Prices are also extremely reasonable given the cost of services right now. Warren you are the man!"

"Fresh Air Flow went above and beyond to help me with my furnace service and repair. I had a faulty install on my home electrical panel that exacerbated a pre-existing problem issue with my furnace. Fresh Air Flow's team of professionals handled the installation of a brand new electrical panel and identified the issue with my furnace. The situation was resolved quickly and professionally. I am also having a central air condition system installed by Fresh Air Flow. I am sure that experience will be amazing as well. I highly recommend anyone in need of HVAC services use Fresh Air Flow. Their quality and standard of professionalism is impeccable."

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"Ver good service so far. Excellent service, but they haven't completed the installation yet."

"Great tech and quick to respond and repair"

"My gas heater/air conditioning system was replaced. Michael Schlauer and Sebastian were not only knowledgeable, respectful, professional and did an excellent job, but also patiently answered any questions I had and took time to completely resolve a problem that arose during installation that could have become far more complicated, expensive and time consuming. I will not hesitate to recommend Thrm to my family and friends who have homes. I have also informed my management office of my review. Thank you for excellent service. l Ethel T"
