I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."
