"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "Very Well! The crew was great to work with! The drive looks great! They arrived as scheduled, and did a professional clean job!"

"They didn't come when scheduled. I got the $149 coupon to re-seal up to 1,000 square feet of driveway; since my driveway exceeded that, we agreed they would come out to measure and provide an estimate. Instead two guys arrived to seal the driveway. Once we got that straightened, they said they would return the next day. They never showed or called. When I called, the guy said they never agreed to that. I rescheduled the following week and they never showed or called. When I called them they said I was wrong and they weren't coming until the following week. They called on this third try to say they couldn't come because the truck broke down. On the fourth attempt they showed. The two guys did a great job but the company itself probably took higher paying jobs while they were stringing me along. If you have time to deal with this type of unprofessional service, then use them. The product was good, getting them to be honest and to come when agreed to, very poor."
