"well there were delays but i forgive that. they did NOT get permits. a new hot water heater was brought and hooked up. But connections were loose and made it inoperable! its taken another plumber and an Electrician to fix what was wrong to actually get hot water. the original cost was $2500. Now add the $500 for 2nd plumber to reinstall the emergency shut off box that was installed improperly. AND an Electrician for $800 To fix the rest. They have not responded to email requesting attention. Technician was great - altho did not know everything necessary to complete my job. this has been a two week nightmare! i am NOT happy!"

"They did a great job on a sink and toilet installation. They noted some other plumbing issues I had, but, even though I followed up twice they never gave me a quote. Was pleased Werth work they did, but disappointed with lack of follow through."

He is an expert listener with specific recommendations for a successful solution to my needs and budget. Tony is a 20 out of 10 rating because he and his company want you to feel like Family! He came over the same day to finalize my project which enabled Filan and Connor's Technician NICK K to arrive first thing next day inorder to remove my old water heater, install a new entire house water filtration system and install a new Rheem Water Heater. Nick did an outstanding installation and is also rated an expert. Nick K also obtained a 20 out of possible 20 rating from me. I couldn't be any more pleased with quality of the work, the value for the dollar and a company and staff that want to please you and build a strong excellent relationship with their customers. I strongly recommend Filan and Connor to anyone that doesn't want to stress out trying to find a Plumbing & HVAC vendor they can trust and depend on !!!"

"Did not go well at all with Len the Plumber was over charged and feel scammed, Len the Plumber, Technician Len Feldman started approx. 12pm until 3pm most of time going over the cost, taking pictures and finding everything possible that needed to be done and presented 10-page contract. Len Feldman (Technican) assessed the problem that was a leaking outside faucet that he explained froze over the winter and needed to be replaced. While water was leaking he did not turn off the inside valve and requested to have water company (Trenton Water Works) come out and turn off water by the main water line. TWW came out several times but could not find the line and sent out a third construction worker to locate the water line. Meantime Len left his personal contact # and promised to return as soon as the main water line was shut off. When Water Works returned on 6/25 could not reach Len, but was able to locate the main water line Len finally called back and said it would be ok he would be able to turn the water off was currently in Mays Landing that is approx. 65 miles away and could not return 6/25 but would be at my home to complete the job 6/26 am. After 9am no call no Len, I called again several times when finally able to reach him at around 9:30am, said he spoke to Supervisor and could not do anything until the main water line was completely shut off. I called Len the Plumber office spoke to Office Manager Cathy#610-616-3377 she said would try to get someone out asap, by later in the afternoon no return call from Cathy. At this point and 2 days later for an emergency it was time to find another Plumber and I cancelled everything at Len the Plumber. The Plumber came out Friday 6/27 completed the entire job within 1 hour, turned off the inside valve connected to the outside leak immediately as well as water to install the same job Len the Plumber contracted to do that, Len said would take at least 6 hours. Main Water Line never had to be touched!!! I am appalled with Len the Plumber that I could trust thru Angi's List with a good reliable repetition. This company had no consideration about leaving me and my family including my 88-year-old handicapped mother without running water for days, all he was concerned about was how much commission he could make off someone in a vulnerable situation."

"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."
