"Alex & Mike's team did an awesome job in just under 48 hours and we have a large one story ranch with a 12/1 pitch. Took care of our landscaping and made sure to keep the trash with nails to a minimum at all times. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
