"Jeff's Drains was great. Answered all my questions over the phone, was upfront on pricing and was able to set an appointment without issues. He understood I was calling around for pricing and was not pushy. We booked him for a camera inspection for a new house we are buying and he gave us a time-frame he would arrive and stuck to it. He located an blockage and was able to clear the blockage for us without issue and then continue with the inspection. He was neat, professional and local! We highly recommend his services!"

"Flawless, prompt , clean and professional. This was by far the best plumber I have ever used . If you have work use S&S ."

"It went very smoothly. There was one minor hiccup that wasn't discovered until after 9pm on the evening of the installation, but we called the 24-hour service line and within 20 minutes, there was a tech back at our house to fix the issue. I would contract H L Bowman to do work for us again in a heartbeat."

"I had a pleasant experience with this company. Ari was very thorough and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job clearing a clog in the kitchen sink drain, locating the clog and providing possible solutions."

"I came home from work to find all my drains were not draining. I tried some basic troubleshooting, but could not figure out the issue. I called heritage ( which was after hours). Within an hour, the technician Derek arrived, I gave all the information to him, and he started immediately. We narrowed it down to an issue with the septic. 10pm we are outside digging up the septic to get a look. Dereks knowledge and experience quickly identified the issue. The whole time he was friendly and informative. It didnâ t matter the time of night it was, he was determined to fix the issue. He was repairing in a way that would keep the cost down. That rarely happens with contractors. Within 30 minutes, he had the main drain cleared from the house to the septic. Derek even took the effort to double check from the opposite end in my house to make sure it was up to his standards. The whole time he is sharing knowledge and explaining the cause and effects and how the system is designed. When the job was finished, we went over the invoice. I couldnâ t believe the price! For emergency service, and the work that was done, the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend heritage plumbing and heating, and of course Derek."

"Checked with cameras but couldn’t find the ring"
