"We woke up one Friday morning to a freezing cold house. We realized our boiler wasn't working. Lloyd's had someone come over the same day to take a look at it. Found out our ignitor was shot along with the pilot flame sensor. Unfortunately, our boiler is old and is no longer being made, so Lloyd's didn't have the parts on hand. The parts had to be ordered and took a while to get in. We were out heat and hot water for over 5 days, but as soon as parts were in, they were over that morning to install.
