"I noticed that there was no hot water coming out of the sink when I turned on the spigot, only cold. I went to the basement and saw that there was water leaking from the top of the hot water tank and spilling down the side onto the floor. This was a weekend. I called KC Plumbing and he came out to inspect. Thankfully, he found out that the tank was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Since we still had water (cold) it wasn't an extreme emergency so he was able to fit us into his schedule on the the upcoming Tuesday. The work was done efficiently, economically and completed in 1 day which was great. This is the 2nd time we have used this company. We are quite pleased with the experiences we have had with KC Plumbing. The owner, L.J., has serviced us very well and we will use him again when we have any other plumbing issues."

He was extremely professional, explained himself and the repair process very well, answered my questions very professionally and detailed what he felt would remedy our problems with both units. I had no doubt he was going about the repairs in a way that best served us, and was certainly cheaper than replacing both units. The appt he had prior to us was very difficult and ran him latre, but we were kept informed. I was expecting a very frustrated tech when I welcomed him in, but Donnie met me with a warm smile and was quite pleasant to interact with. We care nothing about fancy work attire or anything else superficial. We simply wanted someone to be honest about what needed done and for that work to be completed by a true professional. This company, especially Donnie delivered exactly what we wanted plus more. We will not hesitate to invite them back and absolutely WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to others who need repairs. Today I hired Donnie to do work at my Mothers home as well, and I am quite confident she too will be more than pleased to know she has a HVAC company she can depend on 100%. Ignore any negative review you may run across, as I always say, there is more to hear than from just one person. Trust them to make things right for you."
