So they came along behind our previous company who had just ASSURED us tHAT BOTH OUR UNITS NEEDED REPLACED AFTER 10 YEARS. Same units we were told would last 15 years when we bought them. We care nothing about fancy work attire or anything else superficial. We simply wanted someone to be honest about what needed done and for that work to be completed by a true professional. He did a service call on my outside unit got it all cleaned up and functioning properly. Jake has came to the rescue when I clipped my thermostat wire with my weed eater.
