"Yosuary Diaz is very professional, friendly, responsive, pleasant to work with, and does great work. We were selling our 20 year old townhouse and it needed significant updating. Yosuary gave us a quote significantly less than two other companies and was highly recommended by our realtor. "I have hesitated to write this review because the company was supposed to send someone out to do a touchup the next time they were in my area, but they never came.  Since where the touch up is needed (a corner of the tub) isn't really noticeable to me, and as more and more time went by, I just let it go. This is the reason I downgraded "responsiveness" to a B. Otherwise I would have given an A grade because the men who did the work were excellent.
My advice: Don't pay immediately after the job is finished but wait for a bill. That way if something needs to be fixed, the company will have an incentive to send someone out. Since I had already paid in full, there was no such incentive.
I was surprised at the size of the exhaust hose that is used while the tub finish is being applied. Because my bathroom is small, the hose had to go down the front hall and out the front door. Fortunately, the weather was not cold. The finish had to cure before the rest of the work could be completed. The smell wasn't pleasant, but it was tolerable.
I don't remember if it was the next day or two days later that the wall surround was put up over the existing tile, the ceiling lined, and a new drain and new fixtures installed. The installer was a different man from the one who had applied the glaze. He worked very hard, as it wasn't an easy job, due to some irregularities in the bathtub tile area. He also screwed in the grip bars that had to be removed before the wall lining could go up.
All in all I was satisfied with the work, although the caulking that was used gets moldy, and the mold is hard to remove. The wall surround and ceiling, however, do not attract mold, hallelujah.  I thought the price was right. I'm glad I had the work done.

"Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."

"Advanced Granite was very accomodating and easy to deal with.  The warehouse was easy to find and many styles of granite were displayed and available.  The staff was informative and patient--they left us alone to walk around and decide, but were close by when we had any questions. 
The workers arrived on time for measuring and for installation.  The work was neat and the installers were quite professional.  A few days after the counters were installed, I dropped a bowl on the edge of the sink and it left a small chip.  The workers came out within a few days and repaired it--no one can tell anything ever happened."

"Luis and his team remodeled our bathroom and basement. The price was very good and the work professional. Luis was engaged the whole time and his very competent team leader, Carlos was always on site. We received a fair offer and they started right away, working 6 days a week until completed. We started with just the bathroom, but like them so much we added the basement remodel also. Luis and Carlos help us pick our colors, flooring and tile. They suggested better alternatives and tweak some others areas in our house at no extra cost. We highly recommend them and will use them again for some other projects when we do them in the future."

Father and son work together.  They are reliable and work extremely hard.  I highly recommend them.

"I don't know which part needs to be repaired. So I bought both toilet water tanks. They came and replaced it but they close the door, I guess they don't want me to see how they repair it. It stopped the leak, but the other part started leaking again after 1 year. But the price is good."
