"I hired Mendez and his team for some interior painting and crown molding, and it was worth every penny. These guys came in and totally changed the vibe of my place. Everything looks so polished and clean now. They were on time every day, super neat, and really respected my space. Big thanks to Mendez and his team - my place looks awesome!"

"The contractor did a beautiful job with a somewhat complex installation of crown molding in basement to cover some electrical -- it required him to work around windows and tiny corners. it looks amazing."

"Excellent! George was able to match the wood and stain perfectly and deliver a king side bed that looks exactly like the set was purchased together."

"Mr Delgado has a natural instinct for restoring furniture to its optimal appearance. He is an artist. He repaired a pair of huanghwali northern hat chairs for me, and then I sent them to auction and they made $25k. He has restored a series of other pieces of furniture for me, and I don't believe it would have been possible to do better. He restored a Renaissance revival server for me, and I gave him its mate in gratitude. He picks up and delivers, all with an old-world charm that you no longer find in his business."

"They did a good job painting the interior, handyman work and installing kitchen sink and disposal, the exterior painting was just okay."

"I highly recommend Rene Lopez and Renaissance Restoration. They have completed a number of jobs at my house. The latest involved renovating a garden room, which included repairing and painting walls, hanging new doors, re-plumbing a sink, installing recessed lights, rebuilding an outdoor stoop, and lots more. Rene does any project I've asked him to do well, and always does a little extra to make it even better. He discusses options with me and offers what usually turn out to be great suggestions. He always responds promptly to phone, email, or text questions, and always shows up when he says he will. He and his crew are a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely hire them again without hesitation."

"Everything went great. I would definitely recommend D & S Builders.

"Wonderful! Cornelio was great to work with. He and his team were very professional and I feel like I was given their time and attention. Cornelio was always very responsive and helpful in decisions that we had to make. We moved out for the renovation and were out of town for part of it and he often sent me pictures in the evenings so I could see the progress. We have lived in our home for 7.5 years so we had a good feeling for what we needed. We hired an architect and a designer separately and that was helpful as we went in prepared with what we wanted done. Cornelio and his team took out a wall and a half bathroom and removed most of the plaster (we live in a 1930's row house in Washington, DC). He also built us a new half bathroom and rebuilt walls and doors that needed to be done. When he took out the plaster and such he found old pipes and wires that needed replacing and took care of it. He didn't ask for more money it was included in the work. One thing that really impressed me is we decided to keep our old cabinets and have them painted (by a separate company). When his guys took them off the wall they were damaged (not because of the guys negligence, they had been cement glued to the walls instead of screwed into the walls as they should have been. Cornelio made sure they were repaired and installed in a much better and safer way and you can't tell at all! We love our new kitchen and half bathroom so much! It makes our house much more comfortable and usable for our family!"

"It was a Big Deal purchase. It was fine. They were good. They were good communicators, were prompt and it was good. I had to pay an additional because they did a lot of work. They were great and I would recommend them."

"Table pads and storage sleeves are very high quality. Everything fits perfectly and I love the magnetic seams. Time of delivery was spot on and very timely. Overall we're extremely pleased!"
