"The service Brandon provided was fantastic. I purchased a deal from Angie's List that allowed for 1 return vent, 1 main line, lower unit furnace cleaning and unlimited supply vents. The house has more main lines than I expected it to have so the cost not covered by the deal was a little more than I expected, but still a great deal and worth every dime! Brandon and his assistant arrived at 8:00 am on the dot as scheduled. Before even starting work Brandon walked me through everything that needed to be done and what was part of the AL deal and what wasn't. He showed clearly where he was giving discounts or providing service at no additional charge. They worked through the entire house and were very professional. We apparently had a serious clog in our drier vent that he cleaned out and showed me how to avoid that in the future. They cleaned up after themselves and left no real trace of having been there. Brandon has just had a granddaughter earlier that morning and had been up all night, but didn't even consider rescheduling (although I would have totally understood if he had called and asked). We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service.
