"Called Monday am. Said they would try to fit me in. Called about 3 hrs later, I was next on the list. Diagnosed new blower, had one in the truck, replaced, labor $75, part $325. Total time under 1 hour. New part was loud and disturbing me plus water was leaking from the humidifier. Out within 2 hrs-they do appointments geographically which is more efficient. PVC drainage pipe was accidently knocked off, fixed plus inspected filter which I didn't know needs to be changed every year. Diagnosed noise as the new unit breaking in, got it quiet enough for comfort. DEFINITELY would hire again and recommend."

"I called Besco, and talked to a wonderful man on the phone from the Besco offices who listened to me about what was happening to my air conditioner. Two other companies came out and neither one could effectively diagnose the problem. Keep in mind I had water dripping all over my carpet continuously. Besco promptly sent out their amazing technician named Elvis. And within seconds of his arrival, he diagnosed the problem like a doctor would on a patient. It was a clogged exterior drain backing up into my air conditioner unit. At last! Problem solved! I was SO relieved to have someone figure this out!! And he was working after hours in over time and still was kind and patient. "Cody showed up on time. Very polite young technician Appears to know his job well. He examined the indoor part of the system. Verified what initially indicated to his office that Freon is needed. He indicated that vents need to be cleaned before sealant and Freon can be added. Cost was as follows: $96 diagnostics + $203 for 1.5 pound Freon & labor + $60 another 30 minutes labor + $187 sealant (cost $27 on Amazon) = $545. System is working well. This cost is significantly higher than last service provider."
