"Our experience with PRS was wonderful. We had a pipe break in our attic which caused a good deal of water damage. Our project Manager Bill was absolutely perfect in being prompt, extremely helpful in answering questions, and taking care of everything from the beginning of the mitigation process to the final sign off of completion. We would HIGHLY recommend Professional Restoration Services!!"

"“Jimmie was excellent. He took the time to review our concern of water leaking from 2nd floor bathroom onto our 1st floor. We were extremely concerned about what damage it can cause and Jimmie educated us on what was going on and the options to address the problems. He answered all of my questions. He fixed all issues we had and worked quickly to prevent damage to our home structure. It was a pleasure working with him.”"

"Very Professional and Great Customer Services. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We had a water leak in a skylight and it caused water damage in the ceiling and adjacent walls. OCI Restoration was incredibly effective. They were at my house on short notice with a team of professionals. They were mindful of our furniture and belongings, and created barriers to protect the areas that had not been damaged. Their team was courteous, polite, and very responsive to our needs. They were able to settle everything with our insurance adjuster and made what could have been a difficult situation, very easy for me and my family. We will always be grateful to OCI."

"Customer service was great. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Very satisfied. Our roof looks great!"

"This company did a great job on our home. Everyone was very respectful, and very professional. They answered all our questions before the work was done. They told us step by step of what the process would be and did a great job!! It was done is a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them!"

"They answered my questions with such professionalism. Even gave recommendations. Sent pictures after completion and during each phase. Well pleased with the quality of work completed."

"A water pipe burst and flooded my entire downstairs overnight. C and Z came in with multiple fans, dryers, and dehumidifying equipment to dry out the floors and walls. They then fumigated the area to prevent mold and mildew. They also cleaned and or replaced the air ducts in my crawl space under the house. Corey was very professional and respectful. He kept me informed with status update reports as work progressed. I would definitely recommend C and Z for your emergency service or mold removal/prevention related projects."

"AWESOME COMPANY!!!! We definitely will be recommending them to anyone we know!!"
