"He arrived on time both for the estimate visit and for the installation the promised day.  Quickly went to work and had both the diagnosis and then the repairs completed efficiently without fuss.  When completed, he took all debris to my trash cans, and even closed the lid.  Left the job site in a pristine condition.  He was friendly, expansive, cheerful and pleasant.  We will definitely use him any time we need plumbing services.  The price he quoted after a discussion of our needs and the product level we desired, was the price he charged.  There were negative surprises.  He not a discount plumber; he is a professional plumber.

"This company is awesome! From the first plumber that came out to inspect my pipe to the last day, they were hard working, able to answer questions, and cleaned everything up. I couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with during such a stressful time.  They even stayed until after midnight the first night to make sure we had working plumbing  because my roommate was in a wedding the next day. Mike and I connected this week, his schedule was busy but he was able to schedule us in a reasonable amount of time.  What a pleasant service call!  Mike and his partner arrived, diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, provided an estimate to rework the pipes under the sink.  After agreeing to the cost, Mike even found a better way that was not as labor intensive and the bill ended up  being half the original estimate. 

Mike took care of the problem and the sink is now fixed.  We appreciate that he is a man of his word, and provides professional services at an affordable rate. My wife and I were both impressed and will not hesitate to have him back or to refer him to others.
