I got into contact with Ben Marga, owner of FAF at the beginning of my replacement project. BM is very knowledgeable and quick to communicate. All appointments were attended on time and in a very professional manner with email reminders and text messages before showing up from FAF with these 2 friendly and hard working technicians James Zegrino and Shawn Herbert. When it comes to the installation, I have never seen such meticulous and tidy work done in my time. Despite drilling through walls, they made absolutely no mess inside my house. Everything was done to a professional standard and well explained. They had great customer services and gave me a good indication of the most relevant unit to purchase and they installed it in a way so that it looks great, perfectly symmetrical.
