The installation process truly EXCEEDED my expectations. Both techs arrived on time and respected COVID-19 guidelines- very knowledgeable, courteous, went above and beyond with removing old furnace and installing new one. Previous company that installed our old furnace made multiple errors, but Jermaine (tech) had a great deal of patience throughout the difficult challenges in replacement (moving gas pipe, electrical wiring, vent pipes, etc.). He would keep me up to date on the process throughout the day. You'll definitely be lucky if you're scheduled with this AMAZING tech!
