Frank visited the property the same day (10/16), and came back the next day to fixed the furnace. I spoke to the tenant, and she said she now has heat. Prior to contacting Old Skool I contacted a contractor who had done work on the furnace for the last several years. They advised me that the furnace could not be fixed and that they would not even consider repairing it. The only option the other company provided was replacement at almost a cost of $3,000. They also told me they probably would not be able to get parts for the furnace since it was so old. Old Skool found the part(s), fixed it, and cleaned it for less than $400. Thank you Old Skool for your prompt response and for saving me a couple of thousands of dollars. I plan to get Old Skool to check out the furnace in my other rental property."
