"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). "They first charged me an outrageous amount to figure out why my door was leaking and didn?t. They sent someone else to look at it. Who did figure out what was wrong . When they did come to fix the door, they did good work, but they charged me an outrageous amount of money to do it. They quoted me as having to rip up my whole deck to replace flashing. But when they came out to do it, they only had to pick up a couple boards .and redo the frame on a door and they charge me an astronomical amount of money. I am not happy. I will not be using them again. "
