Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles.

"We've used WG in the past and had great experiences, and this time was no different. Greg got back to me the same day and set up a time that week to come out for an estimate. He went over all of the available options, what would work best, what wouldn't, etc. The end price was more than reasonable and worth every penny. The crew that came to replace our roof were on time (early, actually) and got right to work. They were extraordinarily polite and courteous. They took the time to make sure all of the bushes and flowers were protected before even going up to work. They cleaned up as they went, too, and the yard and driveway were totally free of any debris and nails when they were finished. The end result looks great and we know it will last."

"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

"Despite it being late in the year for outdoor painting, John and Alison Pickering worked their crew's schedule to accommodate our request for painting our deck.  It would involve a couple of days work that had to be planned around the cool rainy weather.  They kept in communication with us and let us know when they would be working.  John was punctual and professional for the estimate. The crew worked hard and steady to finish on time.  Alison stopped by to make sure the project was going well.  They cleaned up the work area thoroughly. All I needed to do was pick out the stain color! They really seem to take pride in their work and value their customers.

Once a start date was determined, Mark and his assistants came on those days. When I asked for suggestions, Mark gave input. 2 baths remodeled. I purchased vanities/toilets/faucets/tile/etc on my own: Master bath, demo fiberglass tub and replaced with tile shower. Tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. Hall bath, demo fibroglass tub, replaced tub with tile to ceiling, tiled floor, installed new toilet and vanity, hung mirror & medicine cabinet. I am completely satisfied with Mark's workmanship and would definitely hire for future projects. I gave a referral to my friend and she used Mark to tile her shower, hang shower doors and install new vanity top. She too was completely satisfied."
