"Value I recently purchased my home in Pocono Summit Pennsylvania and sadly experienced a tragedy when one of my pipes burst, causing major flooding and water damage to my home. I was recommended to Jay's Restoration and i couldnt be any happier with their service. Highly professional and very caring. Jays Restoration were very attentive and informative throughout the whole process. I did not have to worry about anything at all because they deal with your insurance company directly. This gave me relief and comfort and took away the stress that comes with paperwork etc. That said, i paid nothing out of pocket. In no time, my house was completely repaired and all thanks to this wonderful company. Thank you so much and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will most definitely use your services again"

"I had large water damage in my finished basement. One side of our basement was a game room and the other side was storage room. All was carpeted and was packed with stuffed. The water was running for at least running for more than 24 hours until I noticed it. It was a disaster. I went to the internet on a Sunday and typed in WATER DAMAGE. Within one hour I got call from Noah from SERVMATE. He ordered a POD to remove the content from my basement, we ended getting another POD because we had so much stuff. His team removed the carpet and the water stained dry wall and set up drying units to complete the drying process. I was so happy with the speed of his teamâ  s response. They saved us more damage with their quick response. Thank you, Noah and SERVMATE"

"There was a bad smell in my basement so I had DryMaster restoration check it out. They found a leak I had coming from an old pipe. We called a plumber to come fix the leak and they removed the mold they found and repaired the water damages. Luckily this was covered through insurance and they paid for it all. 10/10 for DryMaster Restoration FOR SURE!"

"On Memorial Day 2024, while away from home, we had a water pipe burst flooding our downstairs living area. I "attempted" to use several wet vacs to get the water out of the carpet. I saw it was a losing battle as the drywall showed that water was wicking upward. Thus first thing next morning I searched for help and settled on local Dry Run Restoration service to call. Pryce answered right away and was at our property promptly to evaluate. It was obvious we needed restoration and within just a few hours they were on site with equipment. They were very expedient and took care of everything including ripping up the carpet and wet drywall, removing furniture and belongings, getting a POD to store them in, taking pictures of the damaged items and structure, and handling the insurance end of reporting. Bottom line..they made what was a bad event as simple and carefree as possible. Within just a few days the area was dry and ready for reconstruction. I highly recommend Dry Run Restoration!!"

"Needed to replace my roof. Shingles were looking bad and skylights were leaking. Chad came out and understood everything I wanted to have done. His estimate for the job was the lowest I received. This included framing a new pitched section of the roof, removal of 4 skylights and destruction of two unused chimneys. Chad explained everything that was being done. He even added work that wasn t needed to ensure my roof looked the best. Fixing and improving on structural issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will use him again for future projects!!!! Thank you Chad I really appreciate it."
