"First - hire Keith & I hope you read the rest. If you live in the Keys, you know contacting a plumber on the weekend is almost impossible. I had a water leak that was turning into a serious situation. He came over and stopped it quickly. Once he figured out what was causing it we agreed to have the shower plumbing repaired and the fixtures replaced. Then, because Home Depot would not install the new dishwasher because of old plumbing, Keith suggested he could do it. On the same day, he fixed the shower, repaired the sink plumbing, installed the dishwasher along with a new faucet & disposal. Keep in mind that this is an old house with old plumbing, appliances, etc. Keith was incredible. Incredibly competent and great to work with. If I were you - I'd choose him first. "We had a major leak under the shower and it damaged the adjoining drywall. Marvin came out immediately after calling him and investigated where the leak was coming from. The shower pan had been leaking and therefore the needed to be replaced. He was able to save us a lot of time and money by efficiently removing the bottom portion of shower and replacing the shower pan and then replacing all the necessary tiles. We are very pleased with his work."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
