"We used Harry at Brick Transformers to stain the exterior of our brick home.  It was a very big project as our house is almost entirely brick.  We loved everything about our house except for the pink brick color.  For awhile, we thought it was just something we had to live with until I came upon the concept of brick staining.  I checked out a few different companies and thought Brick Transformers was by far the best. I felt that the other companies didn't even compare to Harry's work on how well the finished product looked.  With this being such a huge undertaking and such a permanent job, we wanted to make sure we had the best person for the job.  We are extremely happy we hired Harry.  Our house looks beautiful with its new color!  Harry makes the stain look very natural.  If you were to walk down the street you would never be able to tell that this wasn't the house's original color. "We recently had our roof replaced, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend Lake Point Roofing as a company you should consider for any future roofing projects. I first met Derek Wojcik, a partner in the company, when I asked him to come to my home to review a leak that I noticed in my second floor bedroom. After inspecting my roof, he told me that he had found the source of the leak and would fix it on the spot. After repairing the leak, I thanked him and asked him what I owed him. His response was "no charge". He's also made a couple of other minor tweaks with my gutters without charge. Derek quoted me a price to replace my roof in November 2016. When I decided to replace the roof this year, he told me that he would maintain the same price quoted last year. His team arrived at my home at approximately 7:30 and went right to work, tearing off the existing shingles and replacing them. They also lined my built-in gutters with modified Bitumen, and installed steel angle iron on all the gutters to prevent overflow. Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't know that any work had been done. In all my dealings with Derek he has proven to be meticulous in detail, extremely hard working, does what he says he's going to do, and manages a crew of top notch roofers. I don't think we'll have need of Lake Point Roofing's services to replace a roof again, but I would certainly use them again."

Many misconceptions were corrected from years of working with low cost/quality contractors. Additionally, many extremely cost effective suggestions were provided, saving unnecessary and expensive work. While some of the findings will add cost, it is great to know and start to build a strategy to address the items and secure our small 6 unit condo building."
