"It took 3 cycles in my dryer to get my clothes dry. Jonathon came out and had it working like new within an hour. Polite and professional. 10/10 highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future"

"Duane was amazing and he quickly verified the repairs that I had done were good as well as check to ensure my dryer was running properly."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Yes he got the job done right the first time and was very efficient and respectful good customer service and he did this job over 5 years ago and we do not have any problem with our new system thanks again"

"Extremely satisfied by the overall experience. They showed up right on time on the same day I contacted them. My washer needed servicing, and after what I and they thought would be an easy fix, they found that I had blown the computer's motherboard and it needed replacing. It took them a couple of additional hours to identify the issue. They advised me that it was cost efficient to replace the motherboard on the washer because the stacked washer and dryer I own is worth the repair. They also informed me that because they had not effectively fixed the washer that I would not incur any additional costs to the repair when they returned to replace the motherboard. Significant to note is that they spent more time than I expected because they were very keen on making sure my appliance worked. I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army. It was so wonderful to see that good old fashion American service is still around. These guys have an admirable work ethic. They are honest and know their craft. Additionally, I own a double oven Thermador with a microwave that needs fixing. Rogue Appliance is looking to see how to fix the appliance and have taken it as a personal challenge to fix it for me. Like finding a good mechanic, these guys are very good. From now on, they are my go to guys for any and all appliance repairs in my home."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"Excellent company they came out diagnosed the problem the first time & made the repair for an reasonable price. highly recommend this company"

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"

"Great. Mr. McDonald from Mac HVAC, promptly responded to my online request for an electrician. He gave me his name and stated the company he represents. He set up an appointment to come to my location based on my availability. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about the services needed. He only provided necessary recommendations and did not try to sell services not needed. His estimate was fair and below previous estimates received. I plan to use his services for my project."
