"After leaving a message on Angie's List on Saturday, Jim Stephens responded within an hour or so. After exchanging information, he volunteered to make a service call the next day Sunday. Because of my 5-day work week, this was a big relief. On Sunday, he called, as agreed, and asked if he could be at my house in a few minutes. As agreed, he arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problems and, at my request, provided details for solution fix. He had the part in his van and explained how the fix would be done and how it would work. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

The Monday evening the day before our installation they called to say that our quartz slab had cracked and they would have to find another. They even sent us a picture of the slab.
