"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. "They were very helpful when we were picking out the style and color. We brought home samples to view in our kitchen. The Monday evening the day before our installation they called to say that our quartz slab had cracked and they would have to find another. They even sent us a picture of the slab. Tuesday morning they called to say that they had located another one and that it was being shipped to them that day. They scheduled the installation for that Friday. On Friday morning they arrived promptly and the installation went smoothly. We are very pleased and would use them again."

Did run into some minor problems due to being an older house.John did everything he said he was going to do, even more. John was very conscientious in doing the work.
