(I figured 300-450.00 I had the dishwasher delivered and was sitting on a pallet in the middle of my kitchen. When Classic Plumbing got there he told me the price was $900.00!!! I had no choice but to proceed. (I really didn't. Old dishwasher stopped completely. This newly delivered dishwasher was sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor. Shame on me for not asking, BUT SHAME ON THEM FOR CHARGING $900.00 to install a dishwasher."

"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. Jeff was very honest about the work and was able to inform me that what I was looking to have done wasn't needed. I have some basement walls that are starting to crumble some. Jeff informed me they still had great integrity and if he were to come in and coat the walls in more cement it would just be an aesthetic band-aid. I was looking to have the walls recoated in cement to make sure that paint would adhere to the walls to make the basement look nicer. He said it was not needed and said he was happy to come out if I ran into problems painting but recommended I go ahead and paint the walls. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

I paid additional for the vents. I think they are probably market price. He worked hard. Everything was fine after I got a hold of them, but it was just the initial contact."
