Made an appointment for next day (Friday) service/diagnosis of a dead central AC unit , but the tech never arrived- when calling the office, they said the tech wouldn't answer his cell, so they rescheduled for the next business day (Monday). On Monday, the scheduled tech did arrive, and provided quick diagnosis and service. Now the AC works better than it did when I moved in last year! It seemed pricy, but I'll admit that I haven't had to service the AC before, so I'm not sure how it compares."
