"I am in Franklin, MA. I broke the shower arm that goes into the wall of the shower and anticipated $$$ in repairs. I called this company at 515pm Tuesday, Chris picks up says its no biggie and was super professional and reassuring. He showed up at 8am, charged what he said he would (very affordable), and was out by 830. I thought this was a project and he had a special tool. He even gave other advise. You can tell Chris is a good guy. Highly recommended. I hope I don't need him but if I do, I have no reason to call anyone else."
