"UPDATE AS OF 12:06 06/04/2020: I spoke with a manager, Jason. Jason took care of the issue and made things agreeable. Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I purchased a kitchen faucet from Amazon. I had Hayden from Hull Plumbing Inc. come out and give me an estimate for the job. He quoted me $185 and I agreed to the price. Hull does offer free estimates, which is not the norm. Hayden came out and had some difficulty installing the handle. He wanted to switch around the handle and faucet, which I did not agree to. He modified the handles water supply and made it work. As he finished up I noticed a leak under the sink. Hayden said it would cost $40 to change the trap and I approved. Once he left I noticed several issues. The plumber said to fix the trap it would be $40, but he charged $235, which is $50 more than the original estimate. I failed to notice the difference in pricing initially. The faucet and handle were not flush against the granite and the sink was leaking. I sent Hayden a text about the issues with the installation. I told Hayden that the installation guide did not show a clear plastic washer above the granite. We texted back and forth and I even sent him the picture in the installation guide! Even after seeing the installation guide, Hayden still felt like he was right. I called the next morning to speak to a manager. The manager, Jason, initially just said he can come out Monday (it was Saturday), but I told him it was unacceptable with a leaking drain. He agreed to send somebody out to repair the leak that day (Saturday) and to send the original Hayden to address the faucet on Monday. Robert came out Saturday and adjusted the work of Hayden and stopped the leak. On Monday, Hayden came out and loosened the faucet and handle. They lifted up the faucet and handle and cut the washers off so that they would be flush. Hayden never acknowledged that he did not follow the installation guide and ask me if this is the WAY I WANTED IT! I just wanted it installed correctly. Not to mention the fact that what he called extra washers may have been intended in another location or as spare parts needed to replace worn parts in the future. I have used Hull Plumbing several times recently and this is the first time I was not satisfied. I would have hoped that Hayden carefully looked at the installation guide and just admitted to the mistake."

"They dug a huge hole in my front yard looking for the existing water service line to the house. They dug up three shrubs that I had planted earlier in the year. The company?s pipe locator was not there when they started digging. If he had been, this mess could have been averted. After they called him back they dug up another shrub to get at the existing line. The work they did to install a new water service line was satisfactory. Now I just have a wrecked front yard ."

"I had a leak underneath the slab and instead of tearing out the slab they went up the wall through the roof, through the ceiling and back through the adjacent wall to reconnect to the rest of the plumbing which I thought was ingenious. It saved me from having the floor fixed by getting the whole floor re-tiled. The house is 17 years old and there is no way I could have matched the tiles. So he saved me a lot of money. We have hard water and it is switched to a water softening system and the build up that had occurred in the copper pipe once it is then exposed to the softened water that build up erodes away and if there is a weakness in the copper pipe it will spring a leak. So it sprung a leak under my slab. You have a major artery in your house which you don't expect to fail. He was very knowledgeable. He took his time to answer my question and he spoke to me as if he is a teacher. So he was teaching me about the ways of plumbing and what happened and everything. He did not talk down to me or make me feel that because I am woman I will not understand. He took his time and explained all to me. Price wise he gave me my options and explained the cost benefit for each option. I will definitely use this company in the future. He was not here to take advantage of me but he was here to educate me."

"I called yesterday and spoke with the dispatcher who was extremely nice even though I was PANICKED. She was willing to see if she could move some people around to get my situation under control (she didn't have to. I finally calmed down long enough to realize its not the end of the world). BUt she told me they would be there at a certain time the next day and told me who my service guy was. AND they were right on time so I didn't WASTE time waiting on anyone. We had a leak in the kitchen sink of our rental house that we plan to move into. The service techs not only pinpointed the leak , but they explained to us what was causing it. Since the heat hasn't been turn on in our home yet, the pipe had frozen over. they were able to thaw it out and showed us exactly what the problem was. They offered us a solution to our problem. I asked the gentlemen if they can also take a look at our bathroom and they kindly obliged and helped show us what was going on there. I will RECOMMEND them to anyone."

They sent over a plumber and he was told it was just a filter not the complete system which was very easy to do but he felt he was not qualified to do it.
