"The first technician came out and neither of us could find the drain clean-out. This is my deceased mother's house and I am not familiar with that.  We opted to go through the toilet with a smaller rooting unit.  The unit would not run so he left and we called for another available technician.  He started the clean-out through the toilet and hid some strong roots.  He kept trying and also sent the inspection camera down to verify the cause.  There were roots in the sewer drain and needed the larger rooter to extract.  We finally located the drain clean-out and started cleaning out the roots.  The tiles are bad, so he had trouble getting through the entire run due to the disconnects.  The inspection camera indicated this.  The technician Mike Anderson went above and beyond by continued perseverance and withstanding the bitter cold.  Although no guarantee could be made, the drains were unclogged enough to continue use.
